Bethesda working on multiple Starfield fixes, improvements including FOV Slider, DLSS Support, in game mod support coming early 2024 on all platforms.

Bethesda is already communicating about Starfield post launch support and they have a lot to say in a recent blog post. In the post they mention improvements they’d like to work on in the future, like the often requested City Maps. They also go into detail about what will be coming soon.

‘This first update is a small hotfix targeted at the few top issues were are seeing. After that, expect a regular interval of updates that have top community requested features including:

  • Brightness and Contrast controls
  • HDR Calibration Menu
  • FOV Slider
  • Nvidia DLSS Support (PC)
  • 32:9 Ultrawide Monitor Support (PC)
  • Eat button for food!”

Bethesda also mentions that their built-in mod support (creations) will launch for all platforms early next year, meaning Xbox console players will be able to join in on mods in early 2024.

  1. If you’re anything like me, you looked to starfield to make the every day mundane feeling go away. I mean you’re 36 now and you really haven’t done anything with your life. Your wife has left you and the best part of your day is the warm embrace of a cat when you arrive home from a dead end job that is going nowhere.

Unfortunately starfield is exactly the same and it was so triggering for me that i had a complete mental breakdown when i “left the vault once more. They found me dressed as a chicken on the roof of a local Walmart screaming “how about I inject hormones into you”

Days later when I arrived back home i immediately threw the disc at a homless woman that lives on my street.
