Starfield will be available to play as soon as August 31st in some countries as the game has a global release date and time of September 1st.

The game will be available during this time for the games early access period, which is available for those who buy the games premium edition, which cost $99.99 USD or the premium edition upgrade for $34.99 USD which can be used with a separate purchase of the game or if you access the game via Game Pass.
The game will be available for everyone who does not buy the premium edition on September 6th.
