New Zealand’s Commerce Commission today updated their case on Microsoft’s Activision-Blizzard King purchase, granting the company clearance to 100% of ATVI’s common stock. This comes in the wake of Microsoft’s continued dealings with the United Kingdom’s Competition Authority as well as continued contestings from the United State’s Federal Trade Commission.
Have a gander at the full case register here.
They surprised me by making an actual decision and not simply delaying it for CMA final control.
