A GoldenEye 007 remaster for Xbox consoles has long been speculated and is finally coming to Xbox consoles “soon” via Game Pass or Rare Replay, a collection of classic Rare Games. The game was originally announced during today’s Nintendo Direct for Switch, but this version does not seem to have all the bells and whistles that the Xbox port has.
In the official description of the announcement trailer, it says “25 years after its original release, experience GoldenEye 007 faithfully recreated for Xbox consoles. Includes achievements, 4K resolution and a smoother framerate – even in split-screen local multiplayer! Coming soon to Xbox Game Pass.”
