After 8 years of not releasing games on an Xbox platform, Atlus has finally discovered Microsoft’s gaming console exists. Today the Sega-owned publisher revealed Soul Hackers 2, a new JRPG in the Megami Tensei subseries.
Back in 1997 Atlus released a JRPG called Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers for the Sega Saturn, which was a spin-off of the Megami Tensei series. Soul Hackers 2 will be the third subseries for Shin Megami Tensei and the second in what could become its own series; Soul Hackers.
Soul Hackers 2 is launching on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 4 & 5 on August 25th. On the 26th the game will launch on PC.
