The fourth installment in Microsoft their biggest strategy game franchise is releasing soon. To make sure the servers work when the game launches on October 28, World’s Edge and Relic Entertainment are opening up the game to everyone.
On September 17th the floodgates will open, everyone interested can join and play Age of Empires 4 to test the servers and the game. And unlike the previous closed beta, this Technical Stress Test is not under NDA, so players can openly talk about the game.
Joining the Technical Stress Test is easy. There are two options.
- On the Xbox Insider Hub on PC download the Technical Stress Test, ór
- Go to the Playtest Section on the Age of Empires IV Steam page and install the Technical Stress Test
