According to a report by Kotaku, the studio formerly known as Ruffian Games is working on remasters for three Grand Theft Auto games. It seems Take Two has taken an interest in remasters after the Mafia series and is now looking to bring back a couple of games from their biggest game series; Grand Theft Auto.
Rockstar is set to remaster Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto Vice City and Grand Theft Auto San Andreas according to Kotaku. The remasters will be made using Unreal Engine and could launch as early as this year. This will be done by Rockstar Dundee, which was previously known as Ruffian Games, recently acquired by Take Two.
Ruffian is known for working on Crackdown 3, as well as assisting on the development of Halo: The Master Chief Collection.
