Tom Clancy’s The Division: Heartland announced for Xbox

Ubisot announced today that Tom Clancy’s The Division: Heartland, a free-to-play game set in The Division universe, is being developed by Red Storm Entertainment.

Red Storm has been part of the Ubisoft studios since 2000, when it was acquired by the French publisher. It is the first game developed by the American studio since 2017’s Star Trek: Bridge Crew.

Heartland is a standalone game that does not require previous experience with the series, but will provide an all new perspective on the universe in a new setting. The game will be made available in 2021-22 on PC, consoles, and cloud.

Although the consoles were not specified, both Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S are listed on the game’s playtest registration page.
