Xbox shook the entire gaming industry last September when they announced the intent to acquire Zenimax Media, parent company of Bethesda, for 7.5 Billion Dollars.
Ever since that moment, everyone has asked whether or not Bethesda would continue to release games on non Xbox platforms, mainly the PS5, or if Xbox would lock up future games like Starfield and The Elder Scrolls. Microsoft has been unable to legally answer that question, although they have hinted at the fact that they didn’t really need to release their games on rival platforms.

According to Jeff Grubb of Venture Beat, Xbox will begin answering these questions starting this Thursday, March 11th, with a “video presentation”. It’s unclear what exactly will be discussed during this presentation, but everyone is hoping Xbox finally answers the question everyone has been asking; where will Bethesda games land. Whatever that answer ends up being, it is sure to be a landmark moment in gaming history.
