It seems like there is no stopping the Grounded train. Today, Adam Brennecke, creative director at Obsidian, has revealed that the survival game has been played by over 5 million people.
Back in July Obsidian revealed the game had been played by over 1 million players in the first 48 hours since the early access had started. The game is set to have a full release, a 1.0 release, in 2021. This month, a new update is coming to the game adding a koi pond.
To celebrate the 5 million players, global marketing manager for Xbox, Marcus Morgan, got a special Grounded tattoo.
