At the WWDC 2020 event yesterday, Apple has announced that Apple TV will receive support for the Xbox Adaptive Controller and the Xbox Elite Series 2 controller. The update comes with the latest version for tvOS.
Apple currently supports the standard Xbox One controller. The new update for tvOS will probably launch later this year.
