The head of Xbox, Phil Spencer, today celebrated his 30th anniversary at Microsoft. Spencer started at Microsoft as an engineering intern and has never worked anywhere else since leaving The University of Washington. Before working on gaming he worked on other Microsoft projects such as Encarta.

Ever since you became head of Xbox back in 2014, everybody and I said that you were going to great things as head of Xbox and you’ve been praised for it and rightfully so.
