Samsung has revealed Samsung Access today. This is a service for their TV’s offering people content to enjoy bundled with a new TV. You can bundle a new TV with a service of your choosing. Included in the options is Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
Microsoft is putting Xbox Game Pass in more and more hands. With Xbox Game Pass for PC they’ve made their way onto the PC gaming platform. With xCloud they are now entering the Android and iOS market. But, they’re still interested in the entertainment system in the living room.

Edit: It seems while Samsung is offering Xbox Game Pass Ultimate with Samsung Access, it’s not confirmed that it will run on the TV’s. So, for now you’re only able to play it on Xbox One and PC.
