Age of Empires 3: Definitive Edition multiplayer beta is live right now – runs till April 7th

It’s been a good few years for Age of Empires and their fans. In 2017 Microsoft announced the remasters of the Age of Empires games and also announced a brand new game; Age of Empires 4. Last year we saw the release of Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition, which has seen great success both critically as commercially. The last few days the game has had over 30 thousand concurrent players on Steam, where it has been in the global top selling list for weeks now. And a recent tournament gave the game a lot of extra attention on streaming platform Twitch too.

But, there is another remaster coming. The third installment of the series is getting remastered too. And a beta test is going on right now.

The beta is running from now till April 7th. It’s a multiplayer beta only. If you want to learn more about how to get in this beta you can click on this link.
