@Halo partners with @EsportsEng to manage the Halo Infinite Esports program

343 Industries announced earlier today that they are partnering with Esports Engine to help manage their Halo Infinite Esports program.

In a post on HaloWaypoint.com, Lead Esports Producer at 343 “Tashi” stated that “Today we’re thrilled to announce that Esports Engine will be the Global Management Partner for Halo Infinite esports. It is our mission to deliver the best esports program that Halo has ever seen in its 18 year history and we couldn’t think of a better partner to work with than the long time Halo fans and esports veterans at Esports Engine.”

The CEO of Esports Engine, Adam Apicella, was one of the founding members of Major League Gaming, and has worked with the Halo scene for well over a decade. The entire team over at Esports Engine seems like they are very big Halo fans and they seem like they will come in with a wealth of knowledge on what it takes to run a successful competitive Halo league.

This seems like a good fit for both 343 and Esports Engine, and we will get to see what they are planning later this year with the upcoming release of Halo Infinite.
