One of Microsofts most promising and most unknown studios, The Initiative, is moving to a bigger studio. The studio is located near the beach in Santa Monica, Los Angeles. And rumours have it they are moving even closer towards the sea.
The studio led by Darrell Gallagher has gathered a really talented group of developers these past two years. And according to Matt Booty, they’ll be showing off their first game (or at least tease it) this year. One of The Initiative most active employees on social media is Drew Murray, the design director at the studio. He tweeted this:
The continued growth of Xbox Game Studios isn’t only happening at The Initiative. Other studios like Playground Games, Rare and inXile Entertainment keep growing too.
