There was one very important quote from Phil Spencer in a The Verge interview. It was in regards of the Xbox One launch:
“I would say a learning from the Xbox One generation is we will not be out of position on power or price.”

There is a couple of interesting tidbits from the interview with The Verge. Another thing Spencer says is they aren’t putting individual Xbox games on Stadia, but a subscription service like Game Pass isn’t out of the question. Furthermore Spencer thinks they’ve even got another generation of consoles coming after Project Scarlett.
