The Outer Worlds isn’t coming to the Nintendo Switch before 2020

As another success for Obsidian Games has hit the market, Nintendo fans could be asking.. when are we getting our hands on this new RPG? It seems they’ll have to wait a little longer. A couple of weeks ago Obsidian (and Private Division, its publisher) announced that the game is coming to te Switch. It now seems this might take longer than some people expected.

In a press release talking about the launch of The Outer Worlds on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC they also mention the Nintendo Switch:

Today, Private Division and Obsidian Entertainment are proud to announce that The Outer Worlds is now available across the Xbox One family of devices, including Xbox One X, PlayStation®4, PlayStation®4 Pro, and Windows PC*, and will be coming to Nintendo Switch in 2020.

It’s not clear when exactly people can expect The Outer Worlds to arrive on Nintendo Switch, but we do know the game is playable on all the other big platforms right now. This includes Xbox Game Pass for console and PC.
