In a somewhat hilarious blunder, a Rare Dev playing alongside the team during the latest Sea of Thieves live stream announced a new game mechanic that’s obviously NOT been officially announced….certainly judging by his reaction. And that feature is FIRE.

Apparently, this is not the first time, as this happy-go-lucky developer has inadvertently shared unannounced features before, earning him an internal 6 month ban from Rare Livestreams.
Don’t be too hard on him Rare – as a big Sea of Thieves fan, you’ve made of lot of folks happy with this news! Make sure he gets 3 meals a day while he’s in the brig!
