Gears Tactics was a bit of a surprise when it was announced at E3 2018. The one sentence elevator pitch for this game is that it is XCOM meets Gears. Sounds pretty good to me.
It wasn’t made immediately clear if it would be coming to anything other than PC, but recently Studio Head of the Coalition Rod Ferguson confirmed it would be coming to console.
This is obviously good news. As of now, we don’t know when the game is coming out, or if it will be launching on Xbox One or Project Scarlett.
