The Multiplayer reveal trailer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is finally here. The trailer, which you can check out below, showcases a brand new engine, new maps, guns, and the typical bombast you should expect from this series.
The highlight of the trailer has to be the new engine. The game looks fantastic and makes it one of the best looking shooters on the market.
Call of Duty used to be first in class in the market for look and feel, as it boasted 60 FPS while it’s competitors often were stuck at 30 FPS. As the competition continued to improve, Call of Duty tweaked it’s engine rather than make any massive overhauls, making it less and less impressive with each new title. The new engine is the overhaul the franchise needs.
The game seriously looks impressive. Call of Duty has been in a bit of a rut lately, and this game with a new engine and a familiar, fan favorite setting could be the boost the series needs.
