New titles coming to Xbox Game Pass in August include Slay the Spire and Ashes Cricket

Today Microsoft announced new games for Xbox Game Pass coming in August. The line-up includes four games for the Xbox console and two games for Windows 10 PC’s.

On August first subscribers on Xbox One will be able to play Ashes Cricket and Pandemic. Pandemic is a game where you are a member of a disease control team. It’s your task to stop a disease.

Windows 10 Game Pass subcribers will be able to play Downwell on August first. This is vertical shooter released in 2015 and got high critical acclaim.

On August 8 Xbox players can gather their friends because it’s time for a round of Jackbox Party Pack 2. This party game is an ideal way to spend the evening with your friends. PC players can play Space Hulk Tactics on this same day. This game, set in the Warhammer 40K universe is a turn-based strategy game.

On August 14th players on Xbox can join PC players in their adventures with Slay the Spire. This game is already available for PC players, but can be played by subscribers on Xbox One on August 14th.

Blair Witch is coming too.

This month will also see the release of Blair Witch on Xbox Game Pass for Xbox One and Windows 10. This horror game from Bloober Team will release on August 30th.
